At Inner Worx
PIYO & MAT PILATES
PiYo is a dynamic class that blends the muscle-sculpting, core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility and balance-enhancing elements of yoga. Mat Pilates is a full-body conditioning class that focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. This method integrates precise, controlled movements to enhance muscular endurance and balance.
YOGA & MEDITATION
Yoga and Meditation empowers us to be fully present in every moment of life, allowing us to connect deeply and find clarity. Our Yoga classes follow the authentic method of practicing, beginning with centering the mind through guided meditation, breathwork or pranayama followed by traditional asana or poses. Honoring the deep lineage of a traditional yoga practice.
BARRE & YOGA SCULPT
A Barre class combines elements of ballet, pilates, and strength training. Participants use a barre (a handrail used in ballet for support) where they perform a series of exercises that emphasize small, controlled movements with or without weights. A Yoga Sculpt class targets all the muscle groups to strengthen, tone and sculpt the body with or without weights. This dynamic class offers constant movement and focus on isolated muscle groups.
SPECIAL CLASSES
We LOVE to keep things interesting! Often included in our memberships are one of a kind experiences such as Chakra Balancing Yoga, Guided Meditation with LIVE Sound and Yoga Nidra. We also offer additional Workshops and Events on weekends for our community to explore.
