With a vibrant, expanded schedule, we now offer an enriching variety of Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and Meditation classes designed for all levels. Alongside these classes, we remain dedicated to holistic healing, with expert treatments including Osteopathy, Reiki, Shiatsu, and Acupuncture & TCM.

How We Move

Our dynamic and engaging schedule includes Yoga, Barre, Pilates and Meditation classes. Most of our classes are unheated, however, we love to get hot and sweaty too! Enjoy classes for all levels and heat preferences in our supportive and vibrant studio.
YOGA

Yoga is a mind-body practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve flexibility, strength, and mental focus. It engages larger muscle groups which help develop endurance, balance, and muscular control.

Pilates

Pilates is a full-body conditioning class that focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. This method integrates precise, controlled movements with mindful breathing techniques to enhance muscular endurance and balance. Designed as a low-impact yet highly effective class.

Barre

A barre class combines elements of ballet, pilates, and strength training. It’s typically set to upbeat music and focuses on small, isometric movements that target specific muscle groups. The use of a handrail / bar supports as you strengthen in this low-impact class.

Meditation

A meditation class offers an opportunity to move energy, create a calming space to cultivate inner peace and mental clarity. Classes often begin with gentle breathing exercises to center the mind, followed by guided meditation techniques that promote mindfulness and relaxation.
