At Inner Worx

MAT PILATES

A core-focused, low-impact class designed to strengthen and support the entire body from the inside out. Through precise, controlled movements, this class targets the deep abdominal muscles while improving stability, alignment, and overall strength. The pace is steady and intentional, helping build endurance and body awareness without strain. Designed to be gentle on the joints, with minimal to no weight-bearing on the wrists and knees, making it accessible and effective for all levels.

YOGA & MEDITATION

Yoga and Meditation empowers us to be fully present in every moment of life, allowing us to connect deeply and find clarity. Our Yoga classes follow the authentic method of practicing, beginning with centering the mind through guided meditation, breathwork or pranayama followed by traditional asana or poses. Honoring the deep lineage of a traditional yoga practice.

BARRE

A dynamic, full-body workout that blends elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Strength Training. Using small, controlled movements and light weights, Barre targets and tones all major muscle groups while improving endurance, posture, and stability. This low-impact class is designed to challenge the body without strain, making it both effective and accessible. Expect a steady, energizing pace with a focus on precision, alignment, and deep muscle activation, leaving you feeling strong, sculpted, and balanced.

SPECIAL CLASSES

We LOVE to keep things interesting! Often included in our memberships are one of a kind experiences such as Chakra Balancing Yoga, Guided Meditation with LIVE Sound and Yoga Nidra. We also offer additional Workshops and Events on weekends for our community to explore.
