4 Week Series - Mommy & Me: Pre-Crawlers and Calm Crawlers

Mommy & Me: Pre-Crawlers and Calm Crawlers

Meet & Greet: September 28, 2026 (no charge)

Come meet Angela, connect with other parents and learn more about the series.

A supportive 4-week strength series designed for the postpartum body, with baby right alongside you.

Led by Angela, a mom and experienced movement instructor with a 15 year background in Strength Training, Barre, Pilates and Yoga.

Each class focuses on rebuilding full-body strength, stability and mobility while supporting the core, posture and the everyday demands of carrying, feeding and caring for a growing baby.  Classes are intentionally small, creating a relaxed environment where you can move at your own pace and take breaks whenever you or baby need them.

Each 75-minute session includes extra space at the beginning and end for feeding, changing, settling in and connecting with other parents, because getting anywhere with a baby rarely happens exactly on schedule!

Designed for parents from approximately 6 weeks postpartum including Pre-crawlers and Calm crawlers who are comfortable staying close to to mamma.

* Healthcare-provider clearance to return to exercise is recommended.

Session 1

Registration: Full-series registration only; limited spots for a small-group experience.

Session 2

6 Week Series - Prenatal Pilates with Liz

A supportive 6-week Pilates series designed for the changing needs of the prenatal body.

Led by Liz, an experienced Barre, Pilates and Yoga instructor and mama. Classes focus on building strength, stability, balance and body awareness as your body changes throughout pregnancy.

We’ll work through your available range of motion, with attention to the legs, glutes, deep core, pelvis and spine. Expect pregnancy-appropriate movement with modifications for your trimester, experience and individual needs.

Small classes provide personalized attention while creating space to move, connect and build community with other mamas.

Suitable throughout pregnancy for those cleared to exercise.

4 Week Series - Kids Yoga Series with Bianca

Kids Yoga Series

Move • Breathe • Play • Connect

A playful 4-week after-school yoga series for kids ages 4–7, combining movement, yoga, games, music, breathing, imagination and mindfulness in a welcoming, fun environment.

Each week brings a new theme and adventure designed to get kids moving while building strength, balance, coordination, body awareness and confidence. Through age-appropriate breathing and mindfulness activities, kids will also explore simple tools for recognizing emotions, calming their bodies and learning how to pause and reset.

Kids can register for one 4-week session or continue into both for the full 8-week experience.

Meet Bianca

Bianca, is a Thornbury-based yoga teacher, children’s yoga instructor and mom of two who has been teaching since 2020. Trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Children’s Yoga and Pre- & Postnatal Yoga, Bianca brings a playful, grounded approach to movement that makes yoga welcoming and fun.

She believes kids learn best when they’re given space to move, breathe, imagine, play and connect — and that yoga doesn’t have to be quiet or overly serious to give children meaningful tools they can carry with them off the mat.
