Our goal is to foster a nurturing and supportive environment for our community and every guest who wishes to join our practices. To uphold this atmosphere, we have established a few guidelines that we kindly ask everyone to consider.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Thank you for respecting our policy and honoring our strict 2-hour cancellation policy for all bookings. Please note all cancellations or changes must be managed through our online app or via email prior to class start time.

Early cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 2 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and are eligible for full credit.
Late cancellations: Cancellations or changes made within 2 hours of the booking time are considered late cancellations, are not eligible for a credit or refund, and are subject to a $15 late cancellation fee.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, no entry permitted after class begins.

All no-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a credit or refund. All no-shows are subjected to a $15 no-show fee.

All sales are final.

Consent is a requirement in all our classes. Please let your facilitator know at any point when you do not want to be touched.

Pre/Postnatal clients are required to receive verbal permission from their healthcare provider including midwife.
Please listen to your body when selecting classes and feel free to email us with any questions.

• The membership begins on the day of purchase.
• Memberships will continue to automatically renew until canceled.
• Early auto-renew cancellation for 3 or 6 month memberships incurre a $90 cancellation fee.
• If a cancellation request is made via email after payment has been processed, members will be subject to up to a $30 Late Membership Cancellation fee.
• Members can request a membership hold via email. Holds can be for up to 3 months at a time.
• All sales are final.
