Here is some helpful info regarding our memberships and classes.

Our goal is to foster a nurturing and supportive environment for our community and every guest who wishes to join our practices. To uphold this atmosphere, we have established a few guidelines that we kindly ask everyone to consider.
Early cancellations: Cancellations made before 6 hours prior to the booking time are considered early cancellations, where there are no charges and class passes will not be used.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class time are considered late cancellations, are not eligible for a credit or refund, and are subject to a $20 late cancellation fee.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early, no entry permitted after class begins.
All no-shows and late arrivals are not eligible for a credit or refund. All no-shows are subjected to a $20 no-show fee.
All sales are final.
Consent is a requirement in all our classes. Please let your facilitator know at any point when you do not want to be touched.
Pre/Postnatal clients are required to receive verbal permission from their healthcare provider including midwife.
Please listen to your body when selecting classes and feel free to email us with any questions.
- The membership begins on the day of your first visit.
- Memberships will continue to automatically renew until canceled.
- Early auto-renew cancellations for memberships incur a $90 cancellation fee.
- Members can book up to 15days in advance.
- Members can request a membership hold via email. Holds can be for up to 3 months at a time.
- All sales are final.
