Ashtanga Inspired {Hot}
This Ashtanga Inspired practice combines the principles of Ashtanga Yoga with traditional Vinyasa Flow practices. Asta meaning 8, and anga meaning limb, Astanga is the discipline of the 8-Limbed Path of Yoga. Maintaining a flow of postures we connect to our bodies and our breath in a way that will naturally cultivate benefits that show up in our lives even off of the mat. This Hot Ashtanga will challenge you to explore your edge and find comfort in where you land.

Barre
A barre class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. It’s typically set to upbeat music and focuses on small, isometric movements that target specific muscle groups.
The class usually starts with a warm-up to get the blood flowing and prepare the muscles. Participants then move to the barre (a handrail used in ballet for support) where they perform a series of exercises that emphasize small, controlled movements. Often transitioning to the floor for core work and end with stretching to lengthen the muscles which enhances overall flexibility. All Levels Welcomed!

Candlelit YIN
This candlelit yin yoga class is slow-paced, yet offers deep stretches; incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time. This type of practice stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.

Barre Pilates Fusion
Pilates-Barre Fusion is an all-levels class that blends elements of barre, Pilates, yoga, and strength training for a full-body workout. This class focuses on toning, stretching, and elongating muscles while emphasizing core engagement. Set to energizing music, the session combines small, controlled movements with a mix of strength-building and flexibility-enhancing exercises.

Hour Of Power {HOT}
A Hot Power Flow is an energetic vinyasa-style class; a combination of strength training and stretching. This asana focused class is great to strengthen the entire body. This practice is a more dynamic version of traditional class as it is faster, more intense and the focus is on building strength through the different postures. Open to all levels; welcomed to those who love a HOT and POWERFUL practice!

Gentle Meridian Awakening

Yoga Nidra {Yogic Sleep}
Yoga Nidra, meaning “yogic sleep” in Sanskrit, is a guided meditation practice that offers deep relaxation, emotional healing, and self-awareness. Express 45min Yoga Sculpt Class!
Let’s target all the muscle groups to strengthen, tone and sculpt the body with our without weights. This dynamic class offers constant movement and focus on isolated muscle groups. The upper body, abs, thighs, glutes and calves are activated in the first half of your practice, flow through a few vinyasa and finish up with a well timed Savasana. This class keeps you pumped up and motivated.
